At Smithblack we focus on authentic, creative spaces and customizing furniture to fit your style. Our showroom is here for you to sit, touch and witness the quality of our manufacturers. Most of the lines we showcase are domestically produced. Most custom order times are standard, but there can be delays due to backordered selections (or a global pandemic or a weather situation.) *Contact us to discuss latest ship times. And yes, there are pieces for sale off the showroom floor!

For custom orders, we ask for a 50% deposit at time of order and the balance upon delivery.

We do not keep cards on file, so we will be in touch prior to delivery to discuss payment options.

design service

We always offer complimentary design advice in the showroom, but we know that house calls are often helpful. Smithblack offers furniture-focused design consultations for a fee that will be credited toward your purchase.

delivery

We deliver to Missoula and the greater Montana area. Furniture is inspected, blanket wrapped for travel and then carefully placed in your home. Prices dependent on distance and labor involved.

cancellations & refunds

Canceled custom orders will incur a 30% restocking fee. We do all that we can to ensure your confidence in custom ordering. We have experience with hundreds of special orders. In-stock items can be returned, in the same condition, within one week with no penalties.
